Job Description

 Job responsibilities: Provide technical service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and tablets
 Utilize experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
 Support end users for their daily PC usage problem
 Job requirements: Minimum diploma in Information Technology or IT related discipline
 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support
 Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and networking
 Will be exposure to handle some server administration tasks
 Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
 Fresh graduates with relevant IT Certifications are welcome
