IT Help Desk Technician
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the US, is seeking an IT Help Desk Tech to assist our corporate information technology team! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to work in our corporate office in Greenville, SC. This position supports IT-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk, email and phone.
Pay rate of $20-$22 per hour
Location: 601 East McBee Ave. Greenville, SC 29601
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inquiries, concerns and requests about IT issues in a prompt and professional manner.
+ Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues by using pre-established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as needed.
