This is a remote/home-based position to be based anywhere in Hungary. As an IT Help Desk Support Engineer you will provide intermediate-level technical support for end-user hardware and software. You'll also need to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot a wider range of technical issues, assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, and mentor junior IT End User Technologist team members.
