IT Head/Manager (Infra & SoftDev)

Overview

The IT Head/Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, operation, and security of the company's Information Technology infrastructure and software systems across all environments, including manufacturing, engineering, and corporate offices. This role leads the IT team, manages the departmental budget, ensures compliance with all security and cleanroom standards, and drives IT initiatives that align with the company's business goals and industry-specific requirements for semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term IT strategy, roadmap, and budget in alignment with the company's overall business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team (IT Specialists and IT Software Systems Administrators), including performance reviews and resource allocation.
