IT & Gaming Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the IT & Gaming department. To support role, assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives.

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store
• Ensure all IT Gaming Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on safety, including in‑store process and incident reporting
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in‑store and online customers
• Maintain a high standard of pricing integrity across the IT & Gaming Department
• Cross‑train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of IT & Gaming Department products and services
