Your mission: The IT Functional Analyst acts as akey mediator between Business stakeholders andTechnicalteam, ensuring that business needs are transformed into clear,feasible, and implementable functional solutions. 

The roleis responsible forunderstanding, structuring, and challenging business requirements, performing feasibility and impact analysis, and translatingwhat needs to be achievedintohow it should be functionally implementedwithin IT systems. 

This is achievedthrough the use ofstructured analysis andmodellingtechniques such as functional decomposition, use cases, processanalysis andmodelling, and user stories, enablingTechnicalteams to build solutions that are aligned with businessobjectives, compliant with constraints, and scalable over time.
