IT for OT coordinator manager

Omya, a leading global producer of industrial minerals, seeks a Deployment Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
• Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
• Verify prerequisites before go-live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
• Readiness & Cutover Support: plan and execute cutover with Project Managers and Experts.
• Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
• Handle escalations and drive GO/NO-GO preparation.
• Transition to Operations: ensure updated documentation, runbooks, ITSM routing.
• Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
• Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
• Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
• Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.
