Key Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN environments.
• Provide support for Office 365, Windows 10 and 11, and laptop hardware.
• Assist with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnet, VPN) and ensure proper configuration.
• Apply cybersecurity tools and best practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively in English and the local language.
• Resolve conflicts and collaborate with clients and team members.
