Our client, a well-established and highly regarded IT solutions company based in Port Elizabeth, is seeking to appoint an experienced and driven IT Field Engineer to join their dynamic technical team.
Requirements
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Industry certifications essential: A+ N+ MCSE
Minimum 3–5 years’ proven field support experience within an IT environment
Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience
Strong knowledge of: Server support Office 365 Exchange mail Routing Wireless networking IT infrastructure support
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transport
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities Technical Support and Infrastructure
