IT Field Engineer

1. On-Site Technical Support Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Set up and configure new equipment and systems at client locations. 2. Infrastructure Deployment & Maintenance Install, configure, and test IT infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management. Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements for new deployments. 3. User Support & Training Assist end-users with technical issues and provide basic training on systems and tools. Maintain user access, permissions, and profiles via Active Directory and Microsoft 365. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of service requests, issue resolutions, and maintenance logs. Generate service reports, site visit records, and equipment tracking logs. 5.
