We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Engineer to join a leading Education IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and technical assistance across various client sites within the Education Sector, ensuring smooth operation of network and hardware systems. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills (English language as a first language), a solid understanding of computer networking, Security, IT Hardware, MS and Cloud Systems, and experience with a range of operating systems and support tools.
