(PC, Servers, Printers, Routers, Network,etc.)

1. Setup and Maintain All Computer Related Software

(Operating System, Microsoft Office, ERP, Emails, Antivirus, Cyber Security, etc)

1. Improvement Project on IT related matters

Job Descriptions for IT Support: -

Support on ERP System.

Provide guidance and troubleshooting to end user when requested.

Act as first level support on ERP to assist end user in daily work.

Submit the support case issue to vendor when requested if required assistance on support.

Act as internal hardware IT support for troubleshooting on network or PC issues.

To perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT related field.
