Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain all computer related hardware (PC, Servers, Printers, Routers, Network, etc.)
- Setup and maintain all computer related software.
- Improvement projects on IT related matters.
- Support on ERP system.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting to end users when requested.
- Act as first level support on ERP to assist end users in daily work.
- Submit support case issues to vendor when required.
- Act as internal hardware IT support for troubleshooting network or PC issues.
- Perform any other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT related field.
