The role focuses on supporting end-to-end warehouse operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless system integrations during business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple warehouse operations
