IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Power BI reports and dashboards
• Connect Power BI to SQL Server and other data sources
• Create and manage DAX measures and data models
• Troubleshoot Power BI refresh, performance, and data issues
• Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Analyze and fix SQL performance issues
• Provide Level 2 support for ERP and internal business applications
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues
• Install and configure Windows OS and business applications
• Provide clear technical support to end users

Compulsory Experience (Must Have)

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in an IT Engineer or IT Support, or BI Support role
• Practical experience using Power BI in a production environment
