- Ensure 24/7 availability, reliability, and stability of the production environment.
- Maintain and support network and server infrastructure, as well as Just-in-Time Sequencing and Manufacturing systems; analyze event and performance data; and identify trends and growth requirements.
- Assist in the root cause analysis, ensure contingencies are executed timely, and support the remediation.
