What you'll do
- Assist in root cause analysis, ensure timely contingency execution, and support remediation.
Resolve 1st-level support issues, escalating as needed.
- Implement and manage data backup/recovery.
Perform risk analysis, identify failure modes, ensure contingencies, and validate high availability/redundancies.
