IT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure and deployment of computer hardware and software.
• Monitor and perform daily system operation, administration and maintenance of computer and network system. Troubleshoot computer system and network problem, diagnose and resolve hardware and software fault.
• Administration and maintenance of biometric access system.
• Administration of Endpoint detection and response, E-mail system, Backup System and Windows infrastructure.
• Administration and maintenance of TCP/IP network.
• Provides user training and support.
• Assists on external IT audit and performs internal IT audit.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Works with systems provider on IT projects and system implementation.
• Undertaking duties/assignments as and when assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in computer related field.
