Job Description

Job Summary
To Oversee all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Job Responsibilities 1
Establish the short and long-term strategy for the IT, translate it into business plans with objectives and performance indicators and report on the progress of activities against those plans to measure success to support the achievement of PIH’s strategic objectives.

Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent manpower throughout the IT, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
