Job Description :

1. General Job Function :
• Be responsible for develop soft-wares to support the company operation and support users on IT problems when IT manager is absent.

2. Main Responbilities :
• Develop IT tools or applications as per requirements of departments / POCV business.
• Maintain and improve the effectiveness of POCV's tools / applications to ensure they adapt and supply good services for departments.
• Train all users on new software/tools.
• Support to all users in relevant IT problems when IT manager is absent.

3. Approval Authority :
• As stated in all current used working instruction, standard operation procedures

4. Working Relationship :
• Internal Relationship:
