We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.).
• Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts...
