About the Role
The L12 Field Service Engineer will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems and end-user devices. This role is ideal for candidates starting their technology career or those with 2-5 years of experience in IT support or field services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic repairs.
Troubleshoot OS-related issues (Windows / macOS) and common applications.

Install and configure software as per company policies.
