The Lead Software Engineer role is where the quality of that software gets set.

This is a senior, hands‑on engineering role where you’ll lead from the front.

You’ll take ownership of the technical direction within a product squad, while remaining actively involved in writing and reviewing production code. Alongside this, you’ll line manage and develop a team of Junior and Mid‑Level Developers – helping them grow through hands‑on coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
