- Manage and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints through chat, email, and web channels.
- Ensure all faults and complaints are closed within the defined SLA.
- Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, or assign incidents and service requests based on the defined scope of support.
- Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations quickly for non‑voice interactions.
- Analyze lower‑complexity problems and provide solutions based on account analysis.
- Interact daily with peers within Accenture and update supervisors as required.
- Operate with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
