Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a IT Communications Specialist for their Raleigh, NC/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Partner with IT CSE Leads, CSE team and stakeholders to prepare communications plans for IT and technology product enhancements, new solutions, mergers and acquisitions, or other changes impacting the end user experience. Develop end user communications, such as news articles, internal social community content, email campaigns, executive communications, and user surveys for enterprise-wide channels and targeted campaigns. Partner with the IT CSE learning team to prepare and edit content used in learning offerings, such as live events, learning labs, or eLearning courses, to ensure technical accuracy and end user understanding.
