• As an IT Command Centre Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
• You will work closely with senior team members to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain high levels of system availability.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure alert monitoring and triaging.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• ControlM & TWS batch job operations
• Mainframe batch job operations & knowledge of JCL management.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools, Data analysis
