Job Description
The Plant IT Lead serves as the TGS representative responsible for partnering with local Plant Managers and leadership teams to drive and shape demands for new requests and ensure day‐to‐day manufacturing and quality operations are supported by TGS‐supported technologies.
The role is accountable for delivering the full portfolio of manufacturing‐specific TGS work on time, within budget, and in compliance.
It includes managing escalation, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing strategic thought leadership around Industry4.0 and Smart Factory opportunities.
Responsibilities
Partner with plant operations teams to understand their day‐to‐day operational technology challenges and strategic priorities.
Develop deep knowledge of the local manufacturing environment, including drivers, roadmaps, processes, and key personnel.
