For our client – a leading player in the telecom infrastructure industry – we’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of key business applications (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning). If you have solid analytical skills, understand Telco processes, and enjoy bridging business with IT — this opportunity is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and model Telco business processes (BSS/OSS/CRM/Billing)
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
• Work closely with development and product teams to define effective solutions
• Create analytical documentation, requirement specs, and process diagrams (BPMN/UML)
• Support QA teams in designing test scenarios
