- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new developments.
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams/vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Support system implementation, UAT, issue investigation, and production support activities.
- Conduct user training and maintain project documentation in compliance with IT governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Familiar with insurance systems and business processes.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
