Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, encompassing scope definition, risk identification/ mitigation, timescales, resource control and understanding the impact on process, people and technology.
• Provide comprehensive software/ application support including issue resolution, service requests and quality control.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and vendors in functional solution design, ensuring clarity and guidance.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify IT application functionality.
• Analyse and prioritize projects, change requests, updating functional specifications accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, business rules and bank-wide standards (compliance, security, data governance).
