Job Description

Essential Functions
: Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and decision needs; translate them into clear analytical and data requirements.
Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to data products and Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) strategy.
Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings, business rules, and data relationship/lineage documentation; ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through business signoff.
Execute data validation and reconciliation (source-to-target, transformation logic, completeness, exception analysis) and support UAT/defect triage and regression checks as needed.
Investigate and triage data issues; isolate root cause and coordinate resolution with architects, data engineers, application owners, and delivery teams.
