Job Description
As an IT Application Support Intern for Eurofins NBLSC Food Testing Poland, you will support our software application teams in their daily work and ongoing IT projects. You will assist in providing first line support to our business users, help troubleshoot software-related issues and take part in projects focused on modernizing our internal laboratory systems (eLIMS).
Responsibilities
As an IT Application Support Intern, your key tasks will include:
Assisting in handling support requests and troubleshooting software issues for internal users.
Working with ticketing tools – reviewing incoming tickets, monitoring queues, and ensuring proper task logging.
Registering and describing issues for developers, ensuring they have all necessary details to resolve the case efficiently.
