IT and AV Support Assistant

Purpose:

The IT and AV Support Assistant helps prepare classroom technology, supports basic AV and online meeting tools during sessions, and assists with IT related issues like logins, device connections, and presentations.



Education:

Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary program (IT, Computer Science, Media/AV Technology, or related field).



Experience:

6 months of related work experience in customer service, technical support, or classroom equipment support, including using basic computer applications.



Skills:



- Basic technical troubleshooting

- Effective communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to learn and operate classroom technologies

- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of technology and equipment.
