**Your role**:
- Responsible for end user and infrastructure support in Region Latin America
- Roll out of centrally defined projects to Region and countries
- Act as interface to central project team
- Management of IT suppliers and contract
- Perform IT service delivery management
- Oversee all the service’s life cycle, including capacity, availability and continuous improvement management
- Monitor and analyze service provider performance / KPI’s
