Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in our customers’ plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for more complex tickets.Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through utilization of ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server.Managing the end to end communication with the client.
