Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp and driven Issuer Manager to join Blockmaze, Finvasia‘s cutting-edge Web3 platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of tokenizing traditional financial assets — primarily equities — onto the blockchain, bridging the gap between conventional brokerage infrastructure and decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end issuance of tokenized stocks on the Web3 platform, including structuring, compliance alignment, and technical coordination.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for issuers seeking to tokenize their securities on Blockmaze.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure tokenization processes adhere to regulatory frameworks across relevant jurisdictions.
• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of issued tokens — from initial issuance through secondary market activity.
