ISO / ESG Executive

Principal Accountabilities:

• Support the QMS Manager in ensuring company compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 Management System requirements, and initiate necessary improvements through inspections.
• Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 according to the planned schedule.
• Coordinate and follow up with auditors on internal audit reports for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 to ensure all findings are properly addressed and closed.
• Serve as Document Controller for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001.
• Update and maintain manuals, procedures, guidelines, and other relevant documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001.
• To collect data for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 Management Review Meetings.
• To collect and compile data for quarterly ESG and Anti-bribery and anti corruption report for Kimlun Group
