Island Return It is seeking a Manager as part of a long-term commitment to enhancing recycling practices. In this full-time role, you'll navigate daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your experience in leadership will drive the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and opening/closing procedures
• Recruit, train, and oversee a small staff team
• Handle cash flow accurately with daily reporting
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain policies
• Carry out weekly pick-ups using a truck
Requirements:
• Valid BC driver’s licence required
• Forklift operator certification (training provided)
