Keep platforms and environments stable and available 24/7 by applying the latest industry trends in monitoring, alerting, and predicting possible issues and concerns. Analyze existing configurations and provide advice on possible improvements and environmental enhancements.

Provide administration support for all iSeries services, including backup and recovery, and first level problem determination.
