**Job Description**

+ Monitor and manage forward/reverse logistics operations, ensuring logistic efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery and resolution of fulfillment issues.
+ Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards on key supply chain metrics (such as lead times, inventory turnover, GIT, etc.), validate data accuracy, and engage with stakeholders to gain insights
+ Analyze operational data and help optimize logistics and supply chain processes
+ Assistant to deploy process improvements and digital/AI solutions to support supply chain transformation
+ Support cross-functional project teams as needed
