IS Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IS Senior Systems Analyst to take ownership of service desk operations, infrastructure support, and continuous improvement across our IS environment. The opportunity: Auckland | Full-time | Permanent. This is a critical, hands‑on role responsible for delivering high-quality IT service and operational support across the organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Vitaco’s standard operating environment, ensuring reliability, performance and a seamless end‑user experience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the wider IS team to drive service excellence, lead improvements, and support business‑critical systems.
