IS Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced ISSenior Systems Analyst to take ownership of service desk operations, infrastructure support, and continuous improvement across our IS environment.

This is a critical, hands‑on role responsible for delivering high‑quality IT service and operational support across the organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Vitaco’s standard operating environment, ensuring reliability, performance and a seamless end‑user experience.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the wider IS team to drive service excellence, lead improvements, and support business‑critical systems.
