IRS Audit & Financial Reconstruction Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented accounting professional with experience handling IRS audits, audit reconsideration matters, complex bookkeeping reconstruction, and financial analysis across multiple entities. The position will involve working on document-heavy matters requiring strong analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to reconstruct financial activity from incomplete or complex records.

The ideal candidate is experienced in tax controversy support, understands accounting systems and financial statements deeply, and can work independently while collaborating with attorneys and operations teams on high-level client matters.

This role is expected to evolve into a long-term position as the firm continues growing its IRS audit and controversy practice.
