Ironworker

Olive Recruiting is seeking Ironworkers for our client based in Northern Virginia, supporting structural steel erection projects.



Location: localized field-based construction projects

Full-time, direct hire with client

Schedule: Field-based role, Monday–Friday, start time between 6:00am–7:00am, 8–10 hour workdays. Overtime dependent on project scope.

Responsibilities:

· Install structural steel components including beams and columns

· Align steel members using pins and install bolts per specifications

· Tighten and secure high-volume bolted connections on data center and commercial construction projects

· Perform miscellaneous iron work including installation of stairs, handrails, guardrails, and dock protection systems
