We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse licensed in Wisconsin to become our next IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) RN. This is a remote position, where you will partner with people in your community who are enrolled in the Wisconsin IRIS program – a Medicaid long-term care option for older adults and people with disabilities.
