A Well-established Employers Organisation has an opportunity for an experienced IR Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. Offices are based in Muckleneuk, Pretoria area. This is a hybrid position with working hours from Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 16:00.
Duties & Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance on labor law matters to clients Represent clients in CCMA proceedings, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitration Assist clients in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and grievances Develop strategies for resolving labor dispute...Ready to Apply?
