The Role

You will manage a diverse caseload, providing tailored, one‑to‑one support to help customers build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful work. Working across the region, you will take a proactive, person‑centred approach—engaging employers, identifying opportunities, and supporting individuals through every stage of their journey into employment.
