IP Building

To interact with engineering teams to identify potential IP

To create IP awareness across various verticals of the organization

To manage R&R to employees.

To conduct fortnight brainstorming sessions with engineering teams to identify potential invention disclosures.

To engage with leadership levels for invention fostering.

IP Strategies

To work with various new product development teams and work create IP filing strategy timely and building portfolio of IP.

To work with senior leadership team on IP budget and seek necessary approvals.

To work with various law firms on foreign filing cost and strategize cost effective filing strategy.

IP Portfolio Management

To work closely with Engineering teams and maintain IP portfolio accordingly.
