IP Client Solutions Representative

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions and as an integral part of Questel's Client Solutions Team, this role is responsible for generating pricing estimates for clients, tracking pricing trends across sales verticals, analyzing win and loss ratios and communicating strategies within the Sales department.
 
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Price and quote client estimates in order to win new projects while maintaining standard profit margins
• Understand all Questel products and services while applying company pricing guidelines and models to produce accurate, competitive estimates
• Responsible for accurately conveying client demands and requests to the Operations team
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner, both internally with sales and project managers, and externally with clients
