Job Description

The position will involve working within the China Dispute Resolution Group in particular and other practice groups as well to serve and expand our services to clients. The role will have responsibility for providing a full range of high level IP legal service to the client and manages a team.

Details of Responsibility
Handle the day to day conduct of individual cases and components of larger cases, under the direction and supervision of senior staff. This will include:

Taking responsibility for direct communications with clients and third parties;

Supervising and supporting the work of junior staff and colleagues;

Contributing individually, or in a team, to strategic planning and implementation of client casework and business development initiatives;
